Job Summary:
The Area Supervisor oversees the performance and operations of multiple outlets, ensuring
they meet sales targets, operational standards, and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support outlet supervisors across assigned areas.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring consistency in service, product quality, and brand
standards.
• Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement action plans to drive growth.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, staff productivity, and customer
feedback.
• Train, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Address and resolve operational issues, including staffing shortages and customer
complaints.
• Collaborate with HQ on marketing strategies, promotions, and product launches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in retail or outlet management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between outlets and work flexible hours.
