Requirements

– On-the-job training provided
– 6 days’ work week
– Able to work on weekends and PH

Responsibility
– Greet Customers and direct them to a table.
– Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required.
– Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times
– Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
– Prepare MIS-en-place at side station before operations
– Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis
– Be familiar with the menu
– Ensure compliance with established service standards.
– Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
– Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
– Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.

Working Hours
10:30am-10pm (1.5hours rest)
