dáo desserts is a specialty dessert cafe selling traditional soy based desserts with a twist.
Dao desserts started in 2018, with the aim to bring this traditional delicacy that has been passed on in our family for 3 generations to people outside of Ipoh. Our father still runs the “Woong Kee Beancurd”(since 1994) in Ipoh and has perfected the recipe over the years. And we believe that we have the best version of it.
“A good product will speak for itself”, was our father’s belief. And that has become our belief and source of motivation. Today, we still have the same goal, to share this traditional delicacy to more people, and to let this style of dessert be appreciated!
