Job Summary:
The Outlet Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of a specific outlet, ensuring
excellent customer service, smooth operations, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and guide staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring high-performance levels.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Execute promotional activities and track their effectiveness.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Area Supervisor or HQ.
• Enforce company policies and ensure staff comply with operational standards.

Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail or outlets.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
