RETAIL ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent top-notch customer service by extending a simple welcome greeting and

engaging in conversation to assist customers to enjoy their shopping experience.

• Building rapport and customer loyalty, proactively follow-up on customers’ queries and requests.
• Respond positively to customer complaints, feedbacks and suggestions.
• Ensure and maintain visual merchandising standard are adhered to company’s standard at all

time.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the boutique, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an

appealing manner.

• Operate POS efficiently with consistent high standard of accuracy.
• Assisting with daily sales, operations, stock replenishment and inventory stock take.

Requirements

• • Fresh graduates that have an interest in the latest fashion trends are welcome to join.
  • Individuals with passionate and cheerful disposition will be an added advantage.
  • Flexible working schedule, able to work on weekends and Public Holidays. (Rotating shifts)
  • Dependable and a team player who can work both independently and in a team

    • Noon Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
