  1. To provide good customer service to the customers by being proactive to approach customers, attentive to customer queries and assist them courteously, inform customers on on-going promotion, membership benefit (if any) and return policy.
  2. Be aware of all current in-store promotional activities and carry out the promotions effectively.
  3. Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
  4. Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
  5. Must not be shy to approach customer and also must be courteous at all times.
