As a Store Manager at Setia City Mall, the employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead in realizing or exceeding determined sales plans and target metric objectives
• Ensure consistent execution of company’s marketing and visual presentation
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise on counter or tables to promote sales
• Train staff on how to drive sales through consistent development of product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures and report concerns to senior management.
• Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transaction and bulk count as guided by senior management.
• Ensure the store is secured at closing by checking all are safe.
• Keep daily records of store sales, damages, deposit log, scheduling, employee discount and new hire paperwork.
• Manage any promotion or events within Setia City mall.
• Liaise and work together with Setia City Mall management on leasing, marketing, events, finance and other related departments.

As a Retail Assistant at Setia City Mall (Full Time & Part Time), the employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

a. Main Scope
i. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
ii. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
iii. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
iv. Actively seek out customers in store
v. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
vi. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
vii. Build productive trust relationships with customers

b. Others
i. Perform weekly report on daily task update.
ii. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM 2,000.00 per month
