Full Time Tearista
– Prepare beverage in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures
– Lead and Inspire: Supervise and support beverage service staff, manage schedules, and lead by example to foster a collaborative, efficient team.
– Perfect the Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and handle feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
– Quality Matters: Monitor drink presentation and freshness while upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
– Sales in Motion: Promote drink offerings with samples, encourage upselling, and help your team achieve sales goals.
– Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep track of stock levels, order supplies, prepare daily reports, and manage paperwork efficiently.
– Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
Qualifications
– Malaysian ONLY
– SPM holders & above
– Typhoid Injection before report to work (claimable after 6 months)
– Experience candidates and fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply.
– Experience is an advantage though not essential as training will be provided
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Salary & Benefits
– Basic Salary: RM 1800 for Tea Barista
– Attendance Allowance: RM200
– Monthly Incentive: subject to outlet sales & KPI Achievement
