Working Hours: 9am – 11pm
1. Seek further authorization and advice from immediate superior when necessary.
2. Promote goodwill by being efficient and courteous.
3. Perform all duties required by immediate superior when instructed.
4. Ensure all items and products are well stocked and are available for daily usage.
5. Have full knowledge of all menu items being offered.
6. Have full understanding of ingredients used in all food and beverage items.
7. Discard or reject products and raw materials which do not meet our standard requirements, including expired items. Notify and obtain immediate superior’s approval.
8. Ensure all products prepared strictly comply with Teh Tarik Place’s SOP.
9. Ensure all products served are consistent in quality standard.
10. Ensure all products used follow the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) policy to minimize wastage and controlling of quality.
Therefore, having a friendly, presentable, hygienic, discipline, honest, and charming Cashier could affect the customers’ dining mood.
