Job Description :
- Assist Outlet supervisor
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of a retail store
- Managing Staff and Staff Training
- Customer service (Addressing customer request, comment and complaints)
- Controlling the quality of products and services
- Overseeing cashier, keeping records of expenditure, sales figures and employee performance
- Manage F&B inventory
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages and wastage
- Basic paid: RM1,800 + KPI sales incentive (Salary can be between RM2K to RM3K with incentive and OT)
- KPI sales incentive :
- Monthly sales RM40K-RM60K, will entitle 0.5%
- Monthly sales RM60K – RM80k, will entitle 1.0%
- Monthly sales above RM80k, will entitle 1.5%
- Over time allowance, RM 10/hour
- Working hour: 9.30am to 4pm & 6.30pm to 10pm
- Other Benefits:
- Include EPF & SOSCO & EIS
- Medical check-up allowance.
- 8 days annual leave (After 3 months confirmation). If annual leave did not use by year end, the leave can be converted to daily salary.
- 8 days public holiday entitlement
Job Requirement :
- Must have minimum 1 year experience in F&B industry
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers
- Must be able to work during weekend and holiday
