Responsibilities :
1. Greet customers and offer assistance
2. Make recommendation to customers on merchandise
3. Address customers’ questions and concerns
4. Inform customers about sales, promotions and policies
5. Product promotions
6. Payment collections and pack purchases for customers
7. Stock up merchandise and create display
8. Stock inventory and monitor sales floor
9. Manage cash register transactions
10. Liaise with Manager where necessary
11. Receive stock delivery
12. Update display regularly
13. Clean the store daily
Requirements :
1. Familiar with POS systems and tech-savvy
2. Good communication skills
3. Cheerful working attitude
3. customer service knowledge
5. Able to work shift hours and weekends
6. Able to upsell
7. 1-2 working experience in fashion industry
