We are looking for a candidate to undertake:
-Responsible for daily sales at the Brand House;
-Ensure excellent customer service is rendered to walk in customers;
-Attend and assist customer’s inquiries
-Responsible to keep the store well organise
-Responsible to keep good merchandising
-Responsible to keep the Brand House cleanliness.

-Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree or in any field;
-Able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage;
-Preferable with working experience in retail;
-Able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays;
-Sales-oriented and good communication skill;
-Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality.

Senior Consultant and Consultant (SCCT & CCT):Deliver best Customers Experience,Pre-Sales Consultation, Guide and support junior in performing pre-sales and post treatment consultation to achieve overall outlet sales performance, Deliver Best Treatment Experience,Post Treatment Sales, Post Treatment Customer Handling, Support Overall Outlet Operation, Responsible for consultation and treatment room housekeeping and maintenance.
2. Therapist(THP) and Junior Therapist (JTHP): Deliver best treatment experience making customers feel welcome and comfortable, Responsible for treatment room housekeeping and maintenance, Assist with outlet closing, Work as a team in delivering best experience.c) Receptionist (RCP): Deliver best experience for walk-in prospects and customers, Handle customers enquiries and requests, Provide sales administrative, Assist with overall outlet operation.

Working hours:
for RCP                   = 9:45 am to 10:00 pm (According to shift)
for JTHP to SCCT    = 10:45 am to 8:00pm
