Therapist(THP) and Junior Therapist (JTHP): Deliver best treatment experience making customers feel welcome and comfortable, Responsible for treatment room housekeeping and maintenance, Assist with outlet closing, Work as a team in delivering best experience.c) Receptionist (RCP): Deliver best experience for walk-in prospects and customers, Handle customers enquiries and requests, Provide sales administrative, Assist with overall outlet operation.

Working Hours: By shift starting by 9AM

  1. Perform daily operation duties, able to adhere to company SOP and food preparation requirements.
  2. Multi-task oriented and self-motivated.
  3. Follow good food hygiene practices and ensure the cleanliness of the outlet all the times.
  4. Ensuring products are well stocked, assist in stock checking, replenish and receiving goods.
  5. Perform Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

SALARY STARTING: FROM RM2000

Server

Full-time & Part-time
Working Hours: 9am – 11pm

1. Greet customers at outlet entrance; and usher them to dining tables.
2. Customers with menus and explain about food & drinks.
3. Always repeat customers’ orders before confirming for kitchen instruction.
4. Remind other stations / staffs that customers haven’t received food & drinks.
5. Receive customer’s complaint (if any).
6. Always ask customers whether they have received all ordered items before asking for payments.
7. Thank customers for payment.
8. Invite customers to come again in future.

Therefore, having a friendly, presentable, hygienic, discipline, honest, and charming Cashier could affect the customers’ dining mood.

Retail Assistant

a. Main Scope
i. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
ii. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
iii. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
iv. Actively seek out customers in store
v. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
vi. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
vii. Build productive trust relationships with customers

b. Others
i. Perform weekly report on daily task update.
ii. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee

1. Seek further authorization and advice from immediate superior when necessary.
2. Promote goodwill by being efficient and courteous.
3. Perform all duties required by immediate superior when instructed.
4. Ensure all items and products are well stocked and are available for daily usage.
5. Have full knowledge of all menu items being offered.
6. Have full understanding of ingredients used in all food and beverage items.
7. Discard or reject products and raw materials which do not meet our standard requirements, including expired items. Notify and obtain immediate superior’s approval.
8. Ensure all products prepared strictly comply with Teh Tarik Place’s SOP.
9. Ensure all products served are consistent in quality standard.
10. Ensure all products used follow the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) policy to minimize wastage and controlling of quality.
