Working Hours: 9am – 11pm
1. Greet customers at outlet entrance; and usher them to dining tables.
2. Customers with menus and explain about food & drinks.
3. Always repeat customers’ orders before confirming for kitchen instruction.
4. Remind other stations / staffs that customers haven’t received food & drinks.
5. Receive customer’s complaint (if any).
6. Always ask customers whether they have received all ordered items before asking for payments.
7. Thank customers for payment.
8. Invite customers to come again in future.
Therefore, having a friendly, presentable, hygienic, discipline, honest, and charming Cashier could affect the customers’ dining mood.
